Twinny Time Take 5 Day 1 (1/14/110

So, I suspected that something was a foot from the moment I was told I had a "super secret surprise". At first I thought that it might be that I was supposed to be flying back with K.T., and then my mom started to slip, saying things like "when the Naves get here" and we need to clean Jayne's old room even thou I knew that K.T. would be staying in my room with me, and just little slips like that that made me believe that MIAS was coming.
I should've known something was afoot Thursday since I was constantly being pushed toward bed and Hilly was texting a lot but in my defense I had been up late the the night before, had done a hour of Wii Fit, shopped for several hours and done Aikido and I was exhausted. So at about 11:30 I finally head off to bed, fall asleep rather quickly for me and in the middle of some deep sleep my door opens and Hilly goes to step in and is told to wait two minutes. Not knowing what was going on, I chose to ignore it and tried to go back to sleep. Two minutes later my door is reopened, my light turned on and a VERY familiar voice says "Hi Twinny!". I sit up say Hi, and then try to go back to sleep and hide under my blankets. After some hugs and a vicious killer attack, we all head out of my bedroom and stay up till after 3am talking.

Today, I got up and saw my baby cheating on me with my other half. After that I let Baby/Vicious-Killer out and tried to let K.T. sleep in (Baby had other plans). We hung out around the house for a bit, before we brought in the bags and I opened my Christmas gifts! (K.T. has video of it). After that we set out to hit the 'Boro with Hilly and MIAS, and proceeded to pick up a wheelchair - dubbed "Squeaky" - from RPC, which was followed by a tour of RPC. After that we headed over to see a friend of my mine at work and wander around our *huge* (consider this your sarcasm sign for all of those who need a sign.) museum before heading off to talk and get coffee. After that we headed south to the mall. We wandered around there for a bit before heading over to Target and picking up more Twinny Jewelery!

After that we headed back to my Home, where we watched Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along-Blog, and I am pretty sure that we have corrupted K.T. with it! while watching that my Dad got home from work and was shortly followed in the door by Jayne, my big brother. Jayne proceeded to talk and play with MIAS's guns for a little while before we all settled down to dinner. After dinner we all just hung out, before Jayne had to leave to go back up to E'vill. About 2 hours after that everyone but the collective Twinny has gone off to bed. I have now officially shown K.T. the show called "Overhaulin'" and the episode where they redo a '65 Chevy Impala. K.T. is now doing her bible study while I type this up and try to breathe life back into our wood burning fire. (yes I can hear you hippies fainting in horror and I don't care.) and so ends this post, and I with the hopes that my Baby won't cheat on me with my Other Half tonight, in front of me I might add, wish you all a good-night!

Twinny Time Take 5 Day ii (1/13/11)

We got her good! She had pretty much guessed that my mom was coming along with us, but she had no idea that we were driving or that we'd be there early.

Not much to report about the drive itself, got lost a few times and we got in at about 1:30am, surprising Miranda when I just walked into her room and said hi.

I know, this post really isn't that great and I may edit it later, but I'm pretty tired at the moment, so there you have it. I'm safely in KY and kicking it with my Twinny.

Oh, we got video of surprising Miranda and will post it in the video bar later...when we're less tired. :)

Twinny Time Take 5 Day i (1/12/11)

Hi there, everyone! By the time this is actually posted, the information will be pretty much moot since I'm writing from a hotel in between Coloardo and Kentucky. Now, you may be wondering why I'm writing from such an obscure place and where G.T is, but that's the fun of the whole thing; I'm on my way to surprise G.T who thinks I'm flying in on Saturday. Pretty sweet, no? I hope she agrees and doesn't kill me for this. She isn't a huge fan of surprises after all.

So, the events of today;.....driving. A lot of driving. Mostly in the dark since we got on the road a little late, so there wasn't much to look at. I got some pretty neat shots of Denver after dark and those might be probably posted below. So, driving and listening to a book on tape was pretty much all that happened today. Oh, I also drank Dr.Pepper and ate Chex Mix. Riveting, I know.

Welcome to our Blog/Vlog

Hello!

K.T. and I have known each other since our shared baby shower, and when we were younger we were best friends until I moved 1,050+ miles away when we were both 9. We tried to keep in contact for about a year after the move but eventually that fizzled out and we lost contact for about 5 years. We re-met each other in 2007 when her and her family dropped by for a surprise visit and it was then that we realized how very similar we are to each other to the point that it’s almost freaky at times. She was only at my house for a day but after that we kept in touch talking to each other at least once a day. And during that time she re-became my best friend and I started calling her my un-biological Twin, which then turned into Twinny. Nearly 4 years later we have visited each other 4 (going on 5) times and we are still VERY close and VERY similar and uber protective of each other.

The point of this Blog/Vlog is to document our time(s) together so that our friends and family can see what is going on and find out all the cool stuff they are missing out on. And during the times we are away from each other we will be just be keeping you informed of our plans for future TwinnyTimes, TwinnyProjects and any TwinnyCreations/Gifts.
